Key is engaging and igniting the local hearts and minds to ensure the community takes ownership of the process and outcomes – and not leave it to the usual suspects! A central element of the process is the ability to capture, showcase and share stories (storytelling), whilst uniting all community groups and networks under a common cause.

Our first Collective Impact was focused on Alcohol Fuelled Violence in Warrnambool. The result was an immediate 10% drop in our alcohol fuelled violence and that was sustained in the year to follow
