This engaging and interactive workshop will explore four key themes:

Theme 1: Defining a high performing culture & bringing it to life

Theme 2: The desired attributes any team needs (hygiene factors v motivators)

Theme 3: Instilling the qualities of resilience, optimism & accountability

Theme 4: Exploring the X Factor required for sustained success

At the end of the Workshop – Take the 100-day Challenge and implement three key themes and actions deemed relevant by the team.
