RYP International collaborated with the Maurice Blackburn leadership team and staff members to develop a set of values and behaviours which adequately reflected the firm’s desired values. These were then adapted at an organisational level through a series of staff team advances and workshops, setting service standards, implementing business plans and evaluating performance measures.

We have since continued our work with Maurice Blackburn, who have become a clearly recognisable market leader setting benchmarks for service standards, staff engagement, account management and business outcomes in the legal sector.

RACI-WA Insurance was struggling to keep staff morale and confidence in the organisation’s brand and leadership after a continual slide in the market share.

We worked with them to effect a cultural transformation that would reflect achievement rather than failure. This required a six-step process that was rolled out over a three-year period by the organisation’s leadership team. The six steps focused around the implementation of a more innovative, commercial and united team culture that would deliver operational excellence to their policy holders.

The result was a dramatic increase in market share, service standards and policy retention. RACI-WA also saw their popularity growing in a more competitive market and staff engagement levels reach an all-time high meeting industry best practice standards.
